Mop,CAT tapes 260/0400-0630 recyled before correlating (they contained
data for WVR1 which was recycled).

Hob: 1.1Hz frequency error at 1477MHz (SMX=409.09)
4.95Hz frequency error at 1613MHz (SMX=??)
S2 Statistics are ropey throughout, especially at 1610MHz. See
statistics log below.

1477: bandpass is completely flat on low-frequency side (1469MHz)
indicating aliasing of out-of-band power. Large birdies.

259/1610: Bad RFI 1479.5, 1482.5 (8E4Jy, 3E4Jy resp. in 1024ch in Ch1,
5E4, 1.7E4 in Ch2).
259/2145: low amplitudes on 0537-441:
34AA: 1~1.3Jy (variable)
34BB: 0.3~0.5Jy "
2150 huge RFI at 1607.5, 1610.5MHz, especially the latter on BB.

AT: Tape ATNF0166-3 doesn't like s2at06/tr3: tr2 much better.

Correlating notes:
Hobart autocorrelations:
1477MHz, bandpass dominated by two stong birdies, and an untapered
edge at the low-frequency end, indicating faulty filtering
ahead of the sampler.
1613MHz The spectra are dominated by two huge birdies to the point
where they are probably useless. On LCP with 10 second
accumulation, the erratic statistics on the magnitude bit
(often up at 70~80%) occasionally caused the acculumulator
on the central lag to overflow (wrap), effectively depressing
the spectrum uniformly. Look for negative values in the
spectrum and flag on them, if necessary.

A powerfail after the correlating caused the log to be lost so
the job was repeated. The file is OK though
(checked by JER 7-Jul-1998).
