Petit) *Open time for short presentations by members d) New members and new Commission officers e) Recent meetings / recent news / future actions *Pulsar timing array (Y Ilyasov) *Future of UTC (TBD) *New IAU Charter (discussion, see section 2 below) If you wish to make a short presentation in section c or e, please contact me and please note that only overhead projector will be available. 2)IAU new statutes and by-laws IAU General secretary has informed that revised IAU Statutes and Bye-Laws will be presented to a vote by the National Representatives in Sydney. For what concerns Commissions, he states the following: "The salient feature is that, starting from GA26 (Prague 2006), each Division will be responsible for suggesting to the EC whether to create, continue or terminate a Commission. The Divisions should continually check how the organization of the work within its field is functioning, and some kind of activity report and plan for the future of the Commissions may be relevant, if the case for continuation is not altogether obvious."
