ARCTIC Telecon
Attending: Joe, Bill, Alysha, Suzanne, Conor, Russet

- Optics · Optics are completely machined and at the coater. Completed lenses should arrive
end of April.

- Machining update · Machining is well underway. The main housing looks great. Off for anodizing next
week.

· The filter wheel still needs to be machined. As will the support cage. The shutter
housing is done. The lens holders are also done.

- Change of internal heater · ARCTIC is running too cold. We need to add a bigger heater. 50W heater. This
secondary heater will be added to the cold tip/block. It is compatible with the second output of our Lakeshore controller.

- CCD status from STA? · Nothing. Have not heard back from STA. Joe will contact them this week. - Electronics · Joe and Ed will meet this week but we seem to be close on selection of parts. - ICC · I have received no update. · Conor needs a few days to a week further work on the ICC then another week for
shutter.

· Goal by May 1st. - New quarter schedule is up. Currently on sky pre-commissioning June 23 - 24 A
halves. But may be swapped to the 25th and 26th once Suzanne's HST time is finalized.
