ARCTIC Notes
Attending: Alaina, Joe, Alysha, Conor, Suzanne

- Arrival at APO -- made it safe. Still need to verify detector is safe. Water vapor is
much improved from in Seattle. No long term problems with vapor expected.

- ICC status -- Fritz is still working with the manufacturer, otherwise the ICC is running
on a desktop.

- Will move the instrument into the ground level tomorrow. - Filters ordered, will arrive in 2-3 months. They will include curves. - CVE has a broken machine, but should affect our schedule. · Main baseplate for the shutter and some smaller housing parts still need to be
done.

· We have backup options if needed. - Took cal data on Spicam to compare detector performance. ARCTIC prelims look
significantly improved on throughput. Will get a report of the March 1 User's Committee.

- Conor would like Joe to order the shutter and filter controllers and bring the shutter
back so that he can get started on them. Joe will do that today.

- Conor and Bill will discuss changes to the Hub.
