ARCTIC Telecon
Attending: Alaina, Bill, Russell, Suzanne, Conor, Russet, Alysha, Joe

- ICC · Any obs spec input? Do we want a separate config window? Suzanne and John
would like a config window.

· ICC will take most of the rest of the year, TUI will be worked on in the spring. - Optics order -- Has it been placed? · Final drawings are with Cosmo. Waiting for a final quote, then will place PO.
Probably in the next week or two.

- Programmable light source for testing · Waiting for ND filter paper because it's too bright. Expect it in the next few days.
Need something like ND9. (With the lowest lamp setting.)

· Lab testing? Have some software to test, and will set up some test exposures.
Expect data mid December.

· Keeping an eye on metrology, we see the resistors ramping up over time. Epoxy
outgassing maybe? Not a big problem, we're just learning how it behaves.

- Shutter final decision? · Joe needs a couple days to finish up the report. Realistically, we need a decision in
January. Report will be done December 12, discuss on the 15th.

- Final mechanical drawings will be done around the 1st of the year. -
