29.1 INTRODUCTION
Currently, APO operates one Bobcat front loader with bucket, forks, and snowplow. The oaer is used for various maintenance activities on the site.
29.2 OPERATORS
Only persons approved by the Site Operations Manage will be authorized to operate forklifts. Once trained, authorized personnel will be issued a key. No other keys will be available.
29.3 TRAINING
If required for specific activities, training shall be provided by a joint agreement between the APO Site Safety Officer and NSO/SP. Overall training requirements will be the responsibility of APO and will be coordinated through the APO Site Safety Officer.
