The current version of TUI is 2.5.1.
MacOS 10.6 and later: download TUI_2.5.1_Mac.dmg.
Unix: download TUI_2.5.1_Source.zip and read Installing on Unix.
Windows: download TUI_2.5.1_Windows.zip and read Installing on Windows.
Older versions and pre-releases (if any) are available from the full repository.
STUI (SDSS TUI) is available here: STUI Download.
MakeGrid makes az/alt grids for TUI's Pointing Data script. You may download applications built for MacOS X. The source code in the tcc repository.
