Infrared Satellite Image over APO

Here's a cutout from an infrared satellite image over APO. Light (whitish) pixels represent lack of clouds. Darker (blacker) pixels indicate heavier cloud obscuration. Note that landscape structures can be faintly seen when skies are clear (compare a clear-sky sat image with a NM state map, and you'll be able to discern the Sacramento mountain range, White Sands valley, nearby ranges, etc. A small red cross is placed at the location of APO. The date and time stamp at the upper left should be compared with current time. Time units are in "Zulu" or UT/GMT. Subtract 7 hours (6 hours during the summer) from the 24-hour time clock to get Mountain Time.
