Address BUGS

In bisque/mks:

add Home on startup -- currently must be homed with the joystick
reverse tracking direction in southern hemisphere
check southern hemisphere mappings


In order of priority --

Make a guide and manual available.

Provide a method of determining best pointing correction parameters.

Implement option to use encoder readings compared to calculated sky position
with pointing corrections in order to track following the mount model.

Fully test pointing corrections on a system capable of arc second accuracy.
