Is Neuroscience As Complex As Astronomy?

On the face of it, neighborhoods of stars are simpler than the human brain because stars are mostly hot hydrogen soups gathered into balls by gravity and the brain is that enchanted parabola of super-organized complexity, harnessing quite a few of the Periodic Table of the Elements.

Yet star neighborhoods give rise to human brains.

It is a mystery to me whether something programs them to do so ... in the way that DNA programs the development of the human body from embryo to fully-formed adult.

Perhaps You know the answer. Care to share?
