2. RadioAstron Status T t p Z B 2 T R b G R M p d f a he RadioAstron spacecraft is undergoing the final assembl y and ests in the Lavochkin Association. The launch is prelimina ry lanned to happen in June 2010 from Baikonur (Kazakhstan). T he enit-2 rocket and Fregat-SB booster will be used. uilding of the tracking station in Pushchino on the basis of the 2-meter antennae is finished, tests are undergoing. he hard disc based RadioAstron data recording (RDR) system and the adioAstron software correlator located in Astro Space Cen ter are uilt and tested successfully -- interferometric fringes are found. round-based VLBI tests with RadioAstron observing modes i nvolving DR and RadioAstron software correlator will continue. eanwhile international teams of scientists led by the Miss ion are reparing the fringe search and early science programs. Doc uments escribing these programs as well as announcements of oppor tunities or observing with the RadioAstron spacecraft are to be anno unced at later point.

RadioAstron User HandBook V t T t p m o g n e h h h r i b e e r e i a o s s n e sion 1.0 of the RadioAstron user handbook is made availab le to at http://www.asc.rssi.ru/radioastron/documents/rauh/en/rauh.pdf s Handbook establishes the design guidelines and the con straints t govern the use of all systems of the RadioAstron mission . It vides description of the spacecraft systems and the acce ss to the sion for scientific use. This Handbook serves primarily as an erver aid on technical and operational issues related to erating an observing proposal. The Handbook will be upda ted as ded. We encourage all readers and users to provide commen ts.
