With regard to the original and previously unpublished paper entitled
by
which has been accepted for inclusion in the proceedings of Astronomical Data Analysis Soft-
ware and Systems XIII, Strasbourg, France, October 12{15, 2003,
the following terms are submitted for you consideration. If these terms are satisfactory please sign
below and return this agreement to the editor of the volume in which your paper will appear. It
will be forwarded to us by the editor with the manuscript. We will not publish your paper without
this approval.
Copyright Assignment: Because the Astronomical Society of the Paci c (ASP) is undertaking
to publish this book, and because you desire to have this paper so published, you grant and assign
the entire copyright for this paper exclusively to the ASP. The copyright consists of all rights
protected by the original copyright laws of the United States and of all foreign countries, in all
languages and forms of communication.
The ASP, in return, grants to you the nonexclusive right of publication, subject only to your
giving appropriate credit to the ASP Conference Series. To protect the copyright of this book,
the original copyright notice as it appears in the ASP Conference Series should be included in the
credit.
Compensation and Subsidiary Rights: It is understood that you will receive no monetary com-
pensation from the ASP for the assignment of copyright and publication of the paper. Please note,
however, that you may grant or deny requests to reprint this paper or parts thereof in books or
journals and you may retain all fees from such reprinting. We will forward such requests to you.
Who Should Sign: The agreement should be signed by at least one of the authors (who agrees
to inform the others, if any) or, in case of a \work made for hire", by the employer.
An author who is a U.S. Government oфcer or employee and who prepared the paper as a part
of his or her oфcial duties does not own any copyright in it. If at least one of the authors are not
in this category, that author should sign below. If all of the authors are in this category, please
check the box below and return the form unsigned.
