Network of Low Latitude Observatories: M'Bour, Fuquene, Honolulu, Port
Moresby and Alibag (alternates -- Tamanrasset, Paramaribo, Apia,
Kanoya, and Hyderabad).

For a complete definition of the code numbers imposed on each SSC,
please see IAGA Bulletin No. 39 pages 105-106:

0 = Observatory did not see the event or event does not deserve to
be called an SSC;
1 = Event is possibly an SSC but not sufficiently clear -- other
records from other longitudes needed to verify;
2 and 3 = Event is definitely an SSC -- 3 is assigned when the following
3 features are present: very sharp change of rhythm, large
amplitude, and remarkable morphology.
