Computer Ephemeris. Precession/nutation matrix. Explanations.

Each row contains for the date specified at 0^h of Time Dynamical Terrestrial nine elements of equatorial precession/nutation matrix minus unity matrix multiplied on 10⁸. This matrix is to be used for coordinate transformation of equatorial coordinates between mean equatror and equinox J2000.0 and real equator and equinox of date. Please, follow our recipe to build precession/nutation matrix: add 1 to r11, r22, r33 and then multiply all elements on 10^-8. This is the matrix for transformation from J2000.0 to date.
