Computer Ephemeris. Reduction quantities for Dynamical time. Explanations.

Each row contains for the date specified at 0^h of Time Dynamical Terrestrial:

interval from date to mean epoch T_mexpressedin julian years,

reduction quantities A+A', B+B', C, D, (all in seconds of arc), E (in 0.0001s), A' , B' (in 0.001).

The same table, but for moments, expressed in Sidereal Dynamical Time is to be found on 'Reduction. Sidereal time.' page.

For calculation of apperent places of fundamental stars the algorithm must be used.
