Computer Ephemeris. Second order reduction quantities. Explanations.

This page consist of four little tables.
First and second tables contains Ja(in 0.000001s) and Jd (0.0001") for nothern declination, third and fourth contains the same information but for southern declination.
Each table have 13 informational columns headed with right ascension values, and some amount of rows, labelled with date.
Two dimensional interpolation it is necessary to find appropriate value of Ja and Jd.
For calculation of apperent places of fundamental stars the algorithm must be used.
