Total Lunar Eclipse of 21 February 2008
21 February 2008 total lunar eclipse photographed by Bob English in Franklin, TN. USA. The image was taken at approx. 03.30 UT (around the midpoint of totality) with a 6" apochromatic refracting telescope and a Nikon DX40 digital camera.
"I had about given up on getting an image due to clouds, but the sky cleared just before mid-totality and I got a few images before the sky clouded back over" said Bob, who kindly send us his photo.
