1978 - graduated from the Department of Automatic, Tele-Mechanic
and Electronic of the Moscow Electronic Telecommunications
University (METU)
1975-1978 - practice in the Sciences Res. Institute by
the Moscow Electronic Telecommunication University
during the study. Diploma project was on the Method of
television data processing by the calculation of derivatives.
1980-1984 - study on a post graduate course in Images Processing.
Scientific supervisor - Prof. V.N.Ulianov.
1993-1996 - study on a course in Radio Astronomy.
Scientific supervisor - Prof. Y.N.Parijskij.
1996 - defended PhD thesis on Facilities for the development of
a multilevel territorially distributed data acquisition
and processing system of the radio telescope RATAN-600.

Work experience
---------------
My starting area of researches was the computing methods of processing
of television images in real time. The methods were developed with my
participations and devices for recognitions of images and elements of images
(contours, features) are registered by three patents.
Then, engaged in SAO RAS, I investigated the radio astronomy signals and
developed the series of systems of data acquisition.
The use of these systems and robust methods allowed to obtain with the radio
telescope RATAN-600 some new data on the 3 K relict radiation and to make or
to specify the main part of catalogues by this radio-telescope (COLD, RC,
SNR, ZELEN, Zenith).
The main direction of my work was the development and construction of
distributed systems of data acquisition on the basis of Internet protocols.
I developed an original method of transmission of visual data in slow
communication channels, a system of preparation and fulfillment of
observations in continuous spectrum on centimetric radio range,
including a remote mode.
Recently I participated in the development of system of access and
search in radio astronomy catalogues - CATS,SED

Observatory of Russian Academy of Sciences (SAO RAS),
Department of Information Science.
1984-1992 - a researcher of the SAO RAS.
