* Alpha 46
- Unix: When copying a directory, create the copy with 0700 permissions and
change them to match the source directory after any contents have been copied.
This makes it possible to copy a directory that's set unwritable.
- In File Find, make following of directory symlinks optional.
- Add # to the list of characters to be escaped when passed to a shell.
- Some more tweaking of hot key colour calculation.
