filecommander (2.40-alpha45) lenny; urgency=low

* Alpha 45
- Change hot key colour logic to give better contrast with a bright white background.
- View/Edit: Fix reading text from files with a code page that doesn't have
a valid character for all 256 values, especially 1252 which has a few gaps.
- Make more archiver command work correctly by using shell escapes and
path separators in the right direction.
- Editor search/replace:
- Fix a memory leak
- Improve efficiency when replacing text in very long lines.
- Fix maximum length of file name in viewer heading so it doesn't collide with
the code page.
- Give window an initial title of "FC/L" so that window managers can test for it.
- Support Ctrl-Shift-F3 as alternate viewer to be consistent with Ctrl-Shift-F4 as
alternate editor. Make both show on the help bar.
- Enable toggling a whole column of permissions in the attribute editor
using Shift-RWXS.
- When copying text from the console, don't include a newline if only text
from one line is selected.
- Add ; to the list of characters that need to be escaped when passed to a shell.
- Fix internal cd command's tree search capability.
