Its main purpose is scientific and educational activity on the basis of experimental data obtained from the small spacecrafts. It is the first project in the world concerning using of scientific information in wide educational purposes by means of Internet.

Scientific program is directed to the studies of the space physics problems. It includes development and launch of two supersmall satellites intended mainly to the studies of the radiation conditions in the near-Earth space.

Educational program must help Russian Universities and institutes in the field of space physics training of the students and graduates and includes, in particular, demonstrations of physical phenomena in the near-Earth space on the basis of the scientific information of the satellites.

The chief executor of the project is Skobeltsyn Institute of Nuclear Physics.
